Blood Test #6 In 2020: What’s My Biological Age?

Discussed in the video:

What’s my biological age on blood test #6 in 2020?

What’s my average biological age for 2020, and how does it compare with 2019?

Are there links between calorie intake, cardiovascular fitness (RHR, HRV), and diet composition with my biological age?

Hey albedo, sorry about that, it was me! WordPress’ scheduling function isn’t great, I messed that up then corrected it a few hours ago.

Often “precision nutrition” is framed into nutrigenetics/nutrigenomics literature. Wonder if you have considered those aspect too, e.g. you genotype can highly impact how your react to specific fat intake.

There’s so little actionable gene-nutrient interaction data, let alone gene-nutrient-reduced disease risk data, that I don’t pay much attention to it. The circulating biomarkers are the end products of metabolism, which is essentially a readout of gene function.
