    Good press Mike! Good speed and form.
    As an aside, what are your thoughts on the usefulness of an IGF-1 test as an indicator of mortality/disease?

      Thanks Ron. It’s important, but what’s optimal is very debatable. I’d argue that maintaining youthful levels (200 – 300) may be optimal, but all-cause mortality data shows lower than that may be best. However, those studies are in people much older than me, with lower values being a likely sign of pathology.

        I had heard V. Longo and few others say 120-160 for longevity, not sure that’s going to optimize health span though. Was debating whether it was even a biomarker with following.
