An Evidence-Based Approach for Optimal Health and Longevity

Hi, and welcome to my site. My goal is live longer than any person that has ever lived (122+)! To get there, I track fitness variables and my nutrition (daily), my blood biomarkers (4 – 6x/yr), and occasionally, the gut microbiome (~1x/yr). Rather than the RDA or references ranges, what’s optimal in terms of these measurements? To decipher that, based on the published scientific literature I write the articles (and make the videos) that are on-site.
