Lately I’ve been drinking lots of spinach-banana smoothies, here’s the recipe!
Baby spinach, 5 oz
A small piece (~20g) of jerusalem artichokes, for its prebiotic potential
Frozen bananas, 5-7 oz
Water, 4-6 oz
Put all that into the blender, then drink it…It’s delicious and nutrient packed!
If you’re interested, please have a look at my book!
Banana is faborite for many people. Thanks for sharing banana smoothie reciepe.

I use the bananas when they’re ripe enough to be sweet, but you can use whatever preference that you like!

I make a similar smoothie using Lacinato, (Dinosaur), Kale. Loaded with nutrients and much lower in oxalates. I add a little avocado as well.

Nice. I’ve since modified my daily smoothie to include beets, parsley, strawberries, flaxseeds, and flavoring agents (cinnamon/cardamom/vanilla beans).

Sounds good. You’re checking lots of boxes with nitrate, betalain, ALA, apigenin, fisetin and more. And probably tasty too.
