Question: the Folate, B6 & B12 were they the L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, Methycoblamin forms of these molecules. Your problem maybe absorption of the non-methyl formulation which certain genetic variance cause low conversion.

Hi Peter, my homocysteine was about half of what it is now about 15y ago, which argues against a genetic component. With that in mind, I’m confident I’ll find a way to reduce it, without messing up other biomarkers!
