Hello Dr. Lustgarten,
I really enjoyed your presentation, but it was far too short! I would love to see a post regarding the specific nutrients you track and what levels you shoot for with each nutrient. I saw that you track your daily intake using Cronometer. Another interesting topic would be a description of what foods you try to eat daily or weekly to optimize your health.
