Thanks for providing clarity on this. I was befuddled for the last month or so by the indication that I needed to go higher on non-HDL, rather than lower, to decrease ACM. It appears your diet is low in dietary cholesterol. Is that by construct or coincidence?
I have read where dietary cholesterol doesn’t play a role for most people. I expect results of a blood test after halving dietary cholesterol for one month. Should be interesting as my dietary saturated fat sits around 5% of calories and non-HDL was still at 93.
