    I’ve recently discovered your work by way of the Biohacker’s Lab podcast, then went on to your book, blog, and other talks. Really appreciate your rigorous analytical approach and the use of common blood biomarkers.

    I realize the research still has a long way to go, but have you incorporated (or considered) time restricted eating (ref. Panda of Salk) or any form of fasting (ref. Longo of USC) in your regime. The evidence seems to suggest that improved clearance of aberrant proteins, virus, etc. by way of autophagy is just one benefit.
