    Hi Lee, sure-I’m currently taking 1000 mcg of methylB12 from Jarrow every other day. Up until my last blood test, I took a methylfolate-B6-methyl12 pill every day (also from Jarrow) for ~2 years, but for my next blood test I’ve reduced it to methyl-B12 every other day to test the hypothesis that B12 is driving lower homocysteine based on the data in this video:
