Your saga of trying to lower your homocysteine is very puzzling. Much of the popular literature implies that all one needs to do to lower homocysteine is increase intakes of B-6, B-12, and folate, and it will automatically go down.
And in fact this is exactly what I tried after my first Hcy test several years ago …I went from 7.8 to 5.5 over a year of moderate supplementation. So, until reading your trials, I just supposed the popular literature was correct.
But as you are elucidating in this and previous videos, there are many more pathways involving Hcy, and people obviously metabolize things quite differently. For anyone else who may be frustrated by following the usual advice, and is having trouble lowering Hcy, your persistence in following up every lead must be very much appreciated.
